Sweta Ladwa
Host
Sweta is a Lecturer in Science at the University of Greenwich, and the brainchild behind this project. Her research bridges the boundaries of Chemistry and Biology, and her scholarship in teaching has included innovative studies in lab learning.
She is a committee member of the Royal Society of Chemistry’s Higher Education Group and serves as Chairperson of the Variety in Chemistry Education/Physics Higher Education Conference Steering Group.

Smita Odedra
Host
Smita is a Senior Lecturer in Physical Chemistry at the University of Glasgow. Her interests in chemistry education span from technology-enhanced learning for the laboratory to creative learning and inclusive assessments.
Smita has been a member of the the University of Glasgow’s Race Equality Group since 2019, where she represents Research & Teaching Staff across the institution. Through this role she has contributed to the Understanding Racism, Transforming University Culture report and ongoing action plan.

Linnea Soler
Host
Linnea is a firm believer in harnessing the power of fun, technology, and creativity to make learning more engaging, interactive, and powerful. Her interests include the creation of novel multimedia chemistry education resources, in partnership with her final year chemistry undergraduate project students and her colleague, Dr Smita Odedra, for use in HE and in secondary schools, to enhance learning, assessment and feedback.
She has served roles including Director of the EDI Committee in the School of Chemistry and has been in the College Gender Equality Committee in the University of Glasgow.
